Will a BBL help my love handles and shape? (Photo)

My love handles are massive. How much could my love handles and upper back fat be sculpted with a bbl 360? I have short legs and a long torso, will that make me look dumpy with a bbl? Would plain lipo be a better option?

Given your picture, I think you’d be a good candidate for Lipo-BBL. it’s a great procedure to shape the torso and augment and sculpt the buttocks. Whenever you do a BBL and augment the buttocks, it’s not absolutely necessary to perform a very large fat transfer. A modest amount of fat can be transferred and the rest discarded if you are not looking for an exaggerated look. In fat it can be made to look quite natural and aesthetic.

Hello, thank you for your question. You may benefit from a BBL. Liposuction will remove the excess fat on your sides, abdomen, bra rolls, thighs, flanks, and arms. The fat harvested can be transferred to the buttocks to ensure optimal fat viability and projection. Thank you for your question and photo. A frontal and side view photo would've been helpful.  When we discuss liposuction 360, it means circumferential liposuction of the whole torso or body. This is not spot liposuction if different areas, it is all continuous to allow for best skin tightening circumferentially. There's no such thing as a BBL 360. You are a good candidate for VASER liposuction 360 degrees and fat transfer to the buttocks. It seems from this photo, that your buttock skin is tight and you will need more than one surgery to achieve the best shape and results. Your flanks/love handles are massive and might not be able to be reduced fully and this will need to be addressed through a second liposuction and possible Renuvion skin tightening at that time.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

A BBL is a great option for you! It will really help your shape and improve your proportions. Liposuction alone would help the love handles, but filling out the buttocks with the fat taken from liposuction will give you a more feminine shape. You do not have to transfer a huge volume to the buttocks. If you want a more natural look, a smaller amount can be transferred.

In your case I would encourage you to step forward and go to the front of the line.

You are an exceptionally good candidate for the BBL procedure.

The only thing lacking for that close to ideal curvy feminine figure is your fat distribution.

The impact of simply well done liposuction of your love handles will be amazing.

In conjunction with well well done BBL your results should be truly transformative.

Please please please put in the effort to find the most experienced board-certified plastic surgeon for this procedure in your area.

That is the only variable standing between you and an exceptional outcome.

Unfortunately both liposuction and fat transfer results vary greatly depending on who does the procedure.

I cannot stress enough the importance of surgeon selection.

The following are general recommendations to get the best outcome and have cosmetic surgery be a positive experience.

I recommend patients avoid traveling long distances for elective surgical procedures. There are of course instances where there is a lack of local talent and traveling to some degree is inevitable. If traveling for the procedure patients should be ready to travel to have the consultation, post operative appointments and follow up should there be issues or complications.
Patients sometimes do not appreciate the importance of in person consultations, that complications do happen or the number of people who have issues with their results or need revisions.

Schedule multiple consultations with different providers in your area who seem to have a good reputation for the procedure you’re interested in. Starting with at least five consultations seems like a reasonable number to me.

Whenever possible schedule in person consultations.  
During in person consultations ask each plastic surgeon to show all of their before and after pictures for the procedure you’re interested in.

The goal is not to see the best results of their career but to get an idea of what average results look like and get some type of confirmation of how many of these procedures that provider has performed.

Ask to see results that were not as good as the doctor would’ve hoped for and talk about the differences in outcomes.

Honest and experienced providers should have no problems presenting this type of information.

A highly experienced plastic surgeon should have hundreds of before and after pictures for the procedure you’re interested in. At a minimum at least 20+.

Read all the reviews on various physician review websites paying close attention and avoiding providers with any significant number of justified negative reviews.  Providers with an abundance of reviews often have aggressive marketing campaigns.

The plastic surgeons I respect most all have the single variable of not having justified negative reviews on their online profiles. 
In my opinion justified negative reviews are far more telling than an abundance of positive reviews.

Avoid scheduling for surgery or making a deposit on the day of the consultation.  Give yourself some time to think about the decision and make sure you finished all scheduled consultations before committing to having surgery that will permanently and irreversibly change your body.

When in doubt slow down and schedule more consultations.

Choosing the right plastic surgeon is the single most important variable to having a positive experience.

Don’t go chasing after technology or names of certain equipment. Instead focus all your efforts on finding the most experienced and talented board-certified plastic surgeon.
