I know the butt fluffs after BBL but do the hips fluff as well?

Admittedly, this may or may not mean anything. I have noticed that the muscle can be in spasm and the buttock swollen for several weeks. When the muscle is relaxed and not under tension, the buttock and hips will appear rounder and shapelier.
