I had a breast lift and I am truly unhappy with the results. I've always been a large breasted woman-- as a Teen I wore a 34F and that was barely fitting in the cup. I've always had fairly symmetrical breasts. I gained-- and lost weight plus had kids since then. I really needed a lift-- however-- six weeks out and one breast is almost square-- nipple is higher-- plus-- My breasts are tiny. Maybe a size 34 C. Maybe. Can the size and shape be fixed without implants?
Answer: Mastopexy Thank you for your inquiry! Communicate your concerns with your physician. Yes, revisions can be made and volume can be added to your breasts using fat transfer instead of implants. I recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon to create a surgical plan targeted towards your specific goals.

Answer: Can the issues be fixed At six weeks from surgery you are still healing and further changes may occur as swelling subsides and tissues settle. If you are still unhappy with your shape and size at six months post op you can consider a revision for improvement. If you feel your breasts are too small you can consider an implant. If you are okay with the volume but not the shape that may be able to be improved with a revision.

Answer: Breast lift results Dear Gorgeous7424, I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process at 6 weeks post op.You will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively. At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides, you will be able to see the final result of your breast surgery. Answer: Photos would be essential to give a knowledgeable response. It’s not possible to give a knowledgeable response without some photographs or an in person examination. The shape of the breast may be able to be modified with revising the skin pattern for the lift. Volume could be added back with fat grafting, helping you avoid implants, although fat grafting does have its own issues that you would need to be informed about. As you are clearly concerned, consult with additional plastic surgeons about what your options are. Best wishes.

Answer: Can the issues be fixed? Hi @Gorgeous7424, thank you for your question. It is possible to do a revision and reposition the breast tissue with minimal scarring improving the overall proportion and correcting the nipples. This will create overall harmony and this can be done with an L-shaped incision so you will not have scarring in the cleavage area. Using my BRALIFT (Breast Reconstruction Anatomical Lift Augmentation) technique to reposition the breast tissue and improve the projection of the upper pole and mid zones. In this way you can have a turgid breast with projection. Best regards. Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS.
