I personally just want empty space filled in my breast. I breast fed and my breast have become deflated almost. Ideally I want bigger breast without the lift because I do get keloid scars and I'm trying to avoid that all together. Any suggestions?

Answer: Is a breast lift needed? I understand your concerns regarding keloids, but based on the photos in order to improve breast shape a breast lift will be needed. Augmentation alone may leave you with less than optimal results including waterfall effect or larger, sagging breasts.
