Based on the photos, you can achieve improvement with a well performed rhinoplasty. The bridge is a bit low and the tip is up some. Making the bridge higher and bringing the tip rotation down some will make the nose look more masculine. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultation.

After reviewing your pictures only from one view, which is left, I will have to say that potentially Augmentation Rhinoplasty is something that can be aesthetically pleasing and beneficial for you.
That in my opinion will be about lengthening the nose and increasing the projection of the dorsum. The most likely used material for this procedure would be the rib graft.

It is difficult to analyze from these photos since it is a side view. You have a prominent nasal tip projection and possibly a little foreshortened nose. Lengthening the bridge with cartilage graft and reducing tip projection could be nice improvement.

Good Afternoon! Thanks for your questions. I see what you're referring to. Rhinoplasty, especially the open approach, can provide excellent outcomes. In your case, you could consider lengthening nose and adjusting the amount of nostril show. At the same time, some counterrotation of the tip would create an improved look. A structure-approach which uses your septal cartilage would help to provide a strong nose which resists the forces of gravity over time (such as a hanging infratip). I would seek consultation with a facial plastic surgeon to learn more - even virtually. Hope this helps!

The angle of your photos will hinder my answer somewhat: the most helpful views for your photos would be a true side profile, not a ¾ view as you have presented, and the camera should be level with your face, not shot from below. Nonetheless, I will answer based on your question rather than the pictures. If you feel your nose is too short, there are many solutions to this, depending on your own anatomy. Correcting the length can, at the same time, correct the upwards turn (or the nasolabial angle). Hanging columellas can also be addressed with surgery. In my many years as a board certified plastic surgeon, such maneuvers can be performed in surgery with great success. The end goal with male rhinoplasty, which differs greatly from female rhinoplasty, is to create a handsome, masculine nose that balances the face. With male and female rhinoplasty surgery, natural is key!

Every nose is different and unique to that individual. If the appearance of your nose concerns you enough to do something about it, it can be improved with a natural artistically performed rhinoplasty. What would be the best option and exact procedure would depend on an in person examination (not just an online consultation) and discussion about desired outcome. Excellent results can be achieved with either a closed or open technique.

Keep in mind that following advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you exactly what to do and how technically to do it based on limited photos without examining you, physically feeling your tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history and discussing the pros and cons of the operative procedure would not be in your best interest. Natural appearing results need to be individualized and what is appropriate for one patient is not necessarily the best for someone else. I would suggest that you find a surgeon with extensive rhinoplasty experience certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and one who is ideally a member of The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) that you trust and are comfortable with. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person.
