Is it safe to have undergo the aesthetic component of a rhinoplasty assuming there is a sinus infection?

robertroe
I will be needing a functional rhinoplasty, since I have a deviated septum, hypertrophic turbinates, paradoxical middle turbinate and sinusitis. I am also looking to fix a few aspects of my nose in terms of aesthetics. According to best practice, is it recommendable for me to first resolve the functional aspect through an ENT, and then to wait some to receive another surgery by the plastic surgeon? Or is it safe for an ENT and plastic surgeon to operate on me during a single operation?
