The full set of facial photographs from all angles are required to make a determination about how best to proceed. Since there is no functional component for breathing, then you're looking at performing a cosmetic rhinoplasty. Choose your surgeon wisely based on extensive experience. Digital imaging would also be helpful for you to understand what can be accomplished with the procedure.

After nasal injury, radiographic imaging studies are not 100% accurate. Physical examination is equally effective in determining the presence of a fracture. CT scanning is the gold standard for diagnosis but is expensive. It's use is reserved for questionable fractures not identified on physical examination or visualized with standard radiographic techniques.
A displaced nasal fracture can initially be reduced with closed manipulative techniques for a period of up to 2 weeks following injury. There are some reports of even later success.
Otherwise we feel it best to allow for subsidence of the hypervascularity of healing and of residual swelling which may otherwise mask subtle deformity and distort anatomy, usually a period of 3 months in our practice. If deformity persists, corrective surgery may be considered.
