How safe is Sculptra? I heard that you can go blind/ very rare though. I've had it three times no problem.

I have never had a problem but I am scheduled to get it again in a few weeks. having heard this for the first time I am nervous. first time I got it was in 2005 and had three subsequent treatments over the years. is this something I should be concerned about? I am going to my dermatologists' partner who specialize in fillers.

It can certainly be made better. Not impossible. I specialize in Revision surgeries I'm in NYC. Be happy to see u. Might take a few visits to fix this but it can be made better

YES you can use it in the hip areas and buttocks but you won't get the volume that a fat transfer can give. It will take time to see the result and the results will only last 2 years. Why not go back to your provider and add more fat for a more permanent solution. Hope this helps. JB
