It is difficult to tell without seeing a photo from before filler injection. It does appear that there may have been some migration as there is fullness in the white portion of your upper lip. Typically this happens with a thicker filler or in improper placement.

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. It would be useful to see "before" images but looking at the supplied pictures I do think you have had filler migration.

Your lips look fine. Without a reference picture we can’t really make an assessment. Fillers do not migrate but will diffuse slightly after injection.

Hello there! It is very possible that filler (especially in the lips) can migrate. It does look like some migration happened in the upper lip. The best treatment is to dissolve the filler with hyaluronidase. It's important to wait at least 2 weeks before injecting more fillers in the area to ensure there is no hyaluronidase remaining.
