I went back to my injector because I suspected migration and he reassured me it has not migrated but I still feel like it's spread over my top lip, what are your thoughts?

Answer: Lip filler migration Hello there! It is very possible that filler (especially in the lips) can migrate. It does look like some migration happened in the upper lip. The best treatment is to dissolve the filler with hyaluronidase. It's important to wait at least 2 weeks before injecting more fillers in the area to ensure there is no hyaluronidase remaining. We hope this helps!

Answer: Hyaluronidase Hi @Jmommy94. You are correct, you have lip filler migration of the upper lip above the vermillion border. This can be dissolved with Hyaluronidase. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
