For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in-person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. It is difficult to tell without seeing a photo from before filler injection. It does appear that there may have been some migration as there is fullness in the white portion of your upper lip. Typically this happens with a thicker filler or in improper placement.
Based on your photos, you appear to have a full lip appearance. The best way to answer your question would be to show us before and after photos, and to let us know how many lip treatments you had performed and how much volume was injected. Thank you for your question. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
Hi @Jmommy94. You are correct, you have lip filler migration of the upper lip above the vermillion border. This can be dissolved with Hyaluronidase. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!

Hello there! It is very possible that filler (especially in the lips) can migrate. It does look like some migration happened in the upper lip. The best treatment is to dissolve the filler with hyaluronidase. It's important to wait at least 2 weeks before injecting more fillers in the area to ensure there is no hyaluronidase remaining. We hope this helps!
