Has my lip filler migrated? (photos)

Question

I went back to my injector because I suspected migration and he reassured me it has not migrated but I still feel like it's spread over my top lip, what are your thoughts?

It is difficult to tell without seeing a photo from before filler injection.  It does appear that there may have been some migration as there is fullness in the white portion of your upper lip.  Typically this happens with a thicker filler or in improper placement.

Hi @Jmommy94. You are correct, you have lip filler migration of the upper lip above the vermillion border. This can be dissolved with Hyaluronidase. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
