Your lips are overfilled and you should wait quite some time before getting more filler. If you increase your physical activities, you will burn through the filler faster. Otherwise, you could have enzyme injections.

For most patients standard HA fillers last about six months meaning that at six months, there’s virtually no results left. This means that at three months have the product is usually gone.
There may be some differences in individual patients and technique may vary to some degree. I personally don’t believe that fillers migrate. It is instead a poor excuse for not accepting poor technique.

Give it a few months and massage as much as you can! Some of this in your lips is your own collagen as well so it could definitely take a few months for sure.. be patient … better to be natural then to dissolve.
