Your physician (e.g. dermatologist) injector will likely see the capillaries, although you can certainly point them out to reduce the risk of hitting these capillaries and causing a bruise. There is no harm other than a higher chance of a bruise. That said, laser to remove some of those capillaries isn't a bad idea.
