I feel like I have really weird breasts.. they're so puffy and I feel like they look terrible. I'm really scared to take off my bra around boys when I have sex.. no on has ever seen them because I'm so scared... I like how they look when my nipples are hard, like, they look normal. but other than that.. I hate looking at them.. What is wrong with my breasts ?

Hi. There is nothing 'wrong' with your breasts - breasts vary enormously in shape/size. You certainly should not be worried about taking off your bra with your partner - your partner will be more worried about not seeing them than their shape. If you don't like them (and it sounds like its really bothering you) then the appearance/shape can be improved with surgery, although there will be scars on your breasts as a trade-off for the improved shape - research shows people who have surgery are happier with their bodies after surgery. You should consult a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in your area to discuss things

Based on your pictures, your areolae appear to be slightly enlarged and your nipples point slightly downwards.  You might even have a bit of a tubular aspect to your breasts.  I don't think they look necessarily "weird" however.  If I were going to suggest something based on your pictures, I might recommend a peri-areolar or short scar type breast lift.  This would serve the purpose of elevating your areola on each breast producing a perkier look to your breasts.  It would also make your areola smaller on each side.  The trade-off (there is always a trade-off!) is that you would have some scars on your breasts from this type of surgery.  I would suggest visiting a board-certified plastic surgeon so that he/she can review your options.

I see lots of patients who have breasts identical to yours.You do have a faint areola and a bit of ptosis (droop) but otherwise your breasts are pretty darn normal. If you don't like them you could consider a lift or even a lift with implants. The best course of action would be to arrange a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area.

In my opinion, you are lacking superior fullness (cleavage), making your breasts more horizontal or boxy. Is it terrible? NO! I looks like you may have a very mild version of a tuberous breast. Hard to tell without examining you. You should meet with a Board Certified plastic surgeon and have a consultation. After your doctor examines you they can tell if you have a tuberous breast or not. A lift with areolar downsizing and an implant can help the appearance of your breasts if you choose surgery.
