I feel like I have really weird breasts.. they're so puffy and I feel like they look terrible. I'm really scared to take off my bra around boys when I have sex.. no on has ever seen them because I'm so scared... I like how they look when my nipples are hard, like, they look normal. but other than that.. I hate looking at them.. What is wrong with my breasts ?

You certainly should not be worried about taking off your bra with your partner - your partner will be more worried about not seeing them than their shape. If you don't like them (and it sounds like its really bothering you) then the appearance/shape can be improved with surgery, although there will be scars on your breasts as a trade-off for the improved shape - research shows people who have surgery are happier with their bodies after surgery. You should meet with a Board Certified plastic surgeon and have a consultation. After your doctor examines you they can tell if you have a tuberous breast or not. A lift with areolar downsizing and an implant can help the appearance of your breasts if you choose surgery.
