Based on your pictures, your areolae appear to be slightly enlarged and your nipples point slightly downwards.  You might even have a bit of a tubular aspect to your breasts.  I don't think they look necessarily "weird" however.  If I were going to suggest something based on your pictures, I might recommend a peri-areolar or short scar type breast lift.  This would serve the purpose of elevating your areola on each breast producing a perkier look to your breasts.  It would also make your areola smaller on each side.  The trade-off (there is always a trade-off!) is that you would have some scars on your breasts from this type of surgery.  I would suggest visiting a board-certified plastic surgeon so that he/she can review your options.
