breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. You don't want to drop the one that is in perfect position (incision in the crease). You want to raise the one that is too low (incision on the inferior pole of breast). If you don't like your bubbly upper poles because they are too high, then get smaller or lower profile implants, or both.

Thank you for your question. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to breast revision surgery. In your case, you are very straightforward and easy fix. You have to determine whether you want to raise the bottom of the right breast-internal bra/capsulorrhaphy or lower the left breast inferior pole-capsulotomy. Either solution will work for you. You right implant needs to be raised to correct the position of your nipple and the implant. the left side is fine.
