You right implant needs to be raised to correct the position of your nipple and the implant. the left side is fine.

You don't want to drop the one that is in perfect position (incision in the crease). You want to raise the one that is too low (incision on the inferior pole of breast). If you don't like your bubbly upper poles because they are too high, then get smaller or lower profile implants, or both.
