I had MMO with BL+BA 6m ago. Am I bottoming out, or do my results look normal? prior to surgery selected 325 cc, but surgeon went for 350cc as she said this would give better results. While there is a difference, it looks like I had just put implants in and not done BL. The top of my chest looks very flat and implant pops out. It feels very much like a cone, rather than round. Does this need to be revised? Pic is B+A

Answer: Breast lift A mommy makeover is a big operation and it’s common that revisions need to be done. Your photos show a pretty nice result and it’s hard to tell if the nipples are at the correct height. Given the quality of your result and the complexities of a mommy makeover I’d say you have a good result and see no need for revision

Answer: Implants Although your photos are very limited in showing your breasts, your breasts naturally sit low on your chest. the base of your breast cannot be raised so you will not have upper breast fullness. If you go up in size, you will see more fullness for a while and then sag from the weight. Your surgeon could try tightening your lateral pockets and adding mesh for more support. In the long run, your saggy tissue must support the weight of implants. With what you had, you do have nice results.
