My priority is a cinched in waist & hip dip correction. Do I have enough fat that 360 lipo targeting the hip dip, sacral pad & surrounding areas could give me a bbl like effect or would an actual bbl be better for me? Let me know what your quote is as well if in SoCal, thank you Considering surgery during April-May or Aug- Sept this year. Age 22 Height 5’4 Weight 158 Measurements: 34DD-30-41 I included a front , rear, 90° and 45° photos and ideal body frame and shape
Answer: Brazilian Buttock Lift: information Dear Ms. Practical1197, Thank you for your story, photos and questions. Unfortunately with out a exam of your tissues I can can only make general comments. I hope find the following helpful. The amount of fat that takes depends:
1) the gentle technique of harvest providing the least amount of damage/trauma to the fat cells.
2) how the fat is injected
. 3) the receipent area (good blood supply, lack of previous scars, etc.)
. 4) postoperative care.
5) genetics of the individual The process for performing a BBL is the same regardless of the patients weight or fat location:
1) harvest the fat
2) purify the fat
3) sculpting the buttock:
a) with precise liposculpting
b) with precise fat injection The final shape of the buttock depends on the 1) your underlying boney pelvic frame
2) the shape of your buttock muscular anatomy
3) the elasticity (stretchability) of the buttock skin skin
4) the patients desired shape (where fat is injected) The bottom line:
1) fat survival as a graft is multifactoral but usually varies between 70-80%.
2) the fat that doesn't survive is broken down, dissolves and is excreted by our body
3) the amount injected fat depends on how much fat there is available to harvgest.
4) the individuals genetic anatomy and elastic properties of the skin will dictate
and limit attaining certain desired shapes
5) Just importantly the liposuction should be done to "sculpt" other parts of the body to attain a body that is in proportion and attractive. Thus a small amount of fat can go along way or in contrast a large amount may not give you the desird appearance One can try to gain weight prior to the procedure in hope that the areas you can the weight can be liposuctioned. Caveat: all fat that is gained may not be deposited in areas that can be liposuctioned. Fees are based on areas liposunctioned and time required to inject fat. I suggest you collect multiple model photos of your desired buttock shape/size and schedule several appointments with experienced Plastic Surgeons who are Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and ideally a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (denoting by membership as having met additional criteria and a focus on Cosmetic Plastic Surgery). Answer: Should I get a BBL or 360 lipo? (photos) Hello, thank you for your question. You may benefit from a BBL. Liposuction will remove the excess fat on your sides, abdomen, bra rolls, thighs, flanks, and arms. The fat harvested can be transferred to the buttocks to ensure optimal fat viability and projection. I recommend that you schedule an email or Skype consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your end goals.

Answer: BBL candidate Dear Practical1197, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Should I get a BBL or 360 lipo? (photos) Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know. Good luck :)

Answer: Should I get a BBL or 360 lipo? Hello, thank you for your question and pictures. After evaluating your case I suggest a 360 liposuction + BBL. If we inject the fat into the butt and hips we can achieve a better shape and more projection on the lower part of your body. Make sure to approach to a certified surgeon to clear all your doubts. Best wishes!
