How can I get rid of fibrosis that is below the skin surface level?

Question

I had 360 liposuction and BBL 6 months ago. I developed severe fibrosis on my abdomen, which most of it has been resolved. I currently still have this thick layer of fibrosis in my lower abdomen. I can't show a picture because its not longer visible on the surface, but when I pinch it it is about 2 inches thick. How can I get rid of this being that it's below the skin level? Its preventing my stomach from being completely flat and I still swell when I am not being compressed especially in that area.

Fibrosis and deep scars are result of "surgical injury" in the course of liposuction and it is normal appearance after liposuction. Usually it stays for a long time, up to 1 year or longer, softens and completely disappears. However, some patient may have more permanent, localized fibrosis that may need additional treatment by means of injection of steroids' or, in some resilient cases, direct excision (removal) of lesion.

Dead fat, unlike living fat, cannot be removed by liposuction, or removal of fat through a cannula by pressure extraction. The dead fat hardened by calcium must be removed in total through an incision in the skin, much like a cyst or a tumor is removed.
If the removal is extensive, reconstruction with additional fat grafting may be necessary as well. The issue of fat necrosis requires an expert skill set to create the optimal result. The goal is both optimal removal of the dead fat while sparing any living adjacent tissue to minimize the overall defect and allow for the best possible reconstruction.

Fibrosis (Scar tissue) is a normal part of any surgical procedure especially liposuction.  Over time (usually one year), this scar tissue softens and most goes away.  There is always permanent fibrosis after any procedure.  Fibrosis which cannot be seen but is felt under the skin may be treated (if necessary) with steroid injections.  In extreme rare incidences, it may require a surgical procedure to treat it.
