Size of implants are recommended based on the size of your breast base. From estimation with an online app on your picture, your breast base would fall between 12cm to 13cm and that would roughly be a 300 to 400cc implant with a 4.0cm to 4.5cm projection as a recommendation; however other factors such as projection, nipple to infra-mammary fold distance, nipple to midline distance would play a role in determining the exact size to be used. Also your preference is key, for instance should your require a fuller upper pole, more projection and generally more volume; all of which would dictate the use of a larger volume implant with same base width. Some get customized implants for these purposes.

One solution to your problem would be a breast lift with the inverted ''T'' scar. Incorporated into this procedure would be a reduction in the size of the areola. My choice of the inverted ''T'' is informed by the need to reduce the gap between the breasts and improve the appearance of the cleavage. This technique affords the surgeon the luxury of reducing the medial limb of skin at the lower pole of both breast and hence pulling the breasts closer together in the breast lift and improving the cleavage.

Looking at the above pictures and considering your statistics, a lipo 360 with correction of the hip dips would suffice. Now the question would be, if you would require any further butt projection. If that is the case I would advise the full BBL. Kindly note that the amount of fat harvested from a lipo 360 for would be sufficient for correction of the hip dips but may not give you a remarkable BBL result.

There are three components to a protruding abdomen and these could exist in isolation or combination. The first is subcutaneous fat; this is the fat found under the skin and is the target for liposuction. If most of what causes the abdominal protrusion is subcutaneous fat liposuction alone would give from good to excellent results.
The second is laxity of the muscles of the anterior abdominal wall, specifically the rectus abdominis (abs) that act as straps (like suspenders) over the abdominal wall keeping it flat or flatter. In most women that have had multiple pregnancies there is a marked laxity of these muscles causing abdominal protrusion and in some cases a ventral hernia. Also with age and a poor exercise habit this could occur. This is the target of a tummy tuck; where the muscles are repaired and tightened to significantly reduce laxity and give a flatter appearance to the abdomen.
From the foregoing, if both problems co-exist a fine combination of both liposuction and a tummy tuck may be done in one procedure, depending on the assessment of the surgeon. In some cases, the procedures may be staged, doing a liposuction before a tuck, so as to get the best cosmetic results.
The third is intra-abdominal or visceral fat. This is the fat found in the abdominal cavity proper ie around the abdominal organs (viscerae). The solution for this is weight loss, which can be by dieting and exercise, which is gradual, or bariatric surgery, which is drastic.
Seeing the pictures above and considering you've had liposuction and lost some weight recently, there is still some significant protrusion especially in the lower abdomen. I would recommend a combination of limited liposuction and a mini-tuck that would repair the lower pole of the abdominal muscles and give a flatter look and ab-etching at the same time.

Areolar reduction in plastic surgery is quite common place. It is done in conjunction with a breast lift, augmentation or reduction as the case may be. However it can be done as a stand alone procedure though not very often requested as such. The size of the areolae in the picture above can be reduced to the desired size and this can be done as a day case surgery under sedation and local anaesthesia. You will however have to use compression breast garments for six to twelve weeks post operatively. This is to ensure that as the peri-areolar scars heal, the weight of the breasts does not pull on the scar edges causing a broad scar.
