I had a perineal and vaginoplasty performed in Turkey in 2019. I healed well, however after the swelling subsided, I realised that non-absorbable stitches were used. I am now having a lot of discomfort in my perinium area and one of the stitches is poking through my vaginal canal making intercourse impossible as it results in cuts to my husband's penis. Please advise me on what course of action I will need to take.
