Answer: Reversing Early Stage Hair Loss At Age 23 From your photos, it is not certain if the hair loss you are experiencing is due to male pattern baldness or some other condition. It’s actually too early to tell, especially since your hairline does not appear to be affected by recession. If you are noticing hair loss here, it could be due to the maturation of the hairline, which is different. The baldness which is appearing in your crown vertex may also be due to different possible factors. It would be best for you to get a diagnosis from a medical doctor who specializes in hair loss.If you are affected by male pattern baldness, hair transplantation at your age is certainly possible with the right assessment (i.e. how far your hair loss will progress) and the ability to plan and secure donor graft resources for the likelihood of multiple future surgeries, since you will continue losing hair. More information is provided below.

Answer: Hair Loss -- PRP, Progesterone, Stem Cells/ACELL, Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUE), Spironolactone or Finasteride, Rogaine Thank you for your question. This needs an in-person evaluation. I suggest seeing a hair loss expert now to evaluate and go over your condition and provide you information about your best treatment options. There are great non-invasive options like prp/progesterone and/or hair transplantation. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: 23 with hair loss The most important thing for you to do is have a consultation with a Dermatologist or experienced Hair Restoration surgeon to evaluate your hair loss and create an appropriate treatment plan. Probably they will recommend adjuncts to prevent further loss and possibly thicken up miniaturized hairs. Those adjuncts include Finasteride (Propecia), Minoxidil (Rogaine), Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and/or Low Level Laserlight therapy.

Answer: Avoid Hair Transplantation at this stage use proper Medications.Stop Smoking and use of Anabolic Steroids Hello I have seen your pictures. You are losing hair from the crown area. This responds well to DHT blockers as Finasteride or Dutaseride. You can combine this with Minoxidil 10 % topical twice daily. You can combine this with Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy sessions, Mesotherapy with Progesterone and Dutaseride and Nutritional Supplements as Biotin, Zinc, Vitamin B complex, Vitamin D3 is preferably given in low dose as Cyclical Therapy. In my experience, most people respond to Minoxidil and DHT blockers in 3 to 4 months time, but have difficulty in maintaining the consistency in treatment. They usually either stop using these or become very irregular in the use of these medications. If you can be regular in the use of these you can expect great results in the long run. I would not advise you to undergo Hair Transplantation at this stage as we can delay it as a last resort and first try PRP , Minoxidil and LLT lasers. One important thing few things as Smoking, use of Anabolic Steroids, Hypothyroidism should be avoided or treated as they increase hair loss.
