I have a very tight scalp, i.e.: I need to apply significant pressure to barely move some skin in my donor area. Ideally, I would like to have a FUT surgery before doing any FUE procedures because I want to maximize the number of grafts I could take from my donor area over the longterm. Would Scalp Laxity Exercises increase my chances of being a good FUT candidate? Or are they mostly ineffective?
