Forehead/hairline area vein. Is this a risk with hair transplants?

Thank you for the photo and your question. Forehead veins are very common and are not a risk when performing a hair transplant. The vein is much deeper than the recipient sites for the hair follicles. Also, I inject numbing and vasoconstrictive medication prior to creating the receipt sites which decreases bleeding.

Hello, This is normal anatomical location of the veins. Your is just more close to the skin and visible, it is not problem because hairs are transplanted under the skin and not so deep to sever the vein. There is no risk, but we advise you to choose professional hair transplant specialist.

Veins are naturally present throughout your scalp. The hair transplant will not be directly inserted into a vein. The vein depth of the one you are showing is below the dermal layer of skin and will not be approached during the procedure. Hope this helps!

This forehead vein should not be a problem for a hair transplant to the frontal hairline. These veins are often present.
