Forehead/hairline area vein. Is this a risk with hair transplants?

If you have veins running through your hair area. Is this a risk. I am wondering what if a graft gets unknowingly inserted into a vein? Or a Chanel is made into vein? Do HT doctors map out veins on the head?

Hair transplants or excision of the scar with proper closure with the Irregular Trichophytic closure? You don’t been grafting -only revision. This is a procedure I developed 40 years ago. This leaves an undetectable scar(see below). Transplants don’t grow well in scar tissue!
