Chemical peels can be hazardous when applied on the lips as the lip has a very thin epidermal layer also the skin mucosa junction is difficult to avoid while application of peels .peels may inadvertently cause burns .creams containing mandelic acid and glycolic acid may be used to lighten the outer surface of the lips. I would not totally rule out the benefits of a chemical peel on the lips ,but you must see a plastic surgeon and get a mild peel done at the plastic surgeons clinic under supervision.
Minoxidil is a time tested medicationll for treatment of hair fall . Ideally it is applied once every night . Minoxidil causes dryness and when the solution dries up on the scalp it leaves white flaky substance resembling dandruff . Hence I recommend you use minoxidil at night and wash your scalp the next morning . procapil can be used in the mornings and left to act on the scalp. Along with these topical medications you may need finasteride tablets if you are loosing hair due to androgenetic alopecia.
You are probably either seeking help regarding hyperpigmentation of the skin in the sulcus or are referring to a deep labiomental sulcus . Skin hyperpigmentation due inflammation or sun exposure can be dealt with by skin lightening topical creams for about 3 months . Alternatively skin lightening peels can be done in intervals of 2-3 weeks to achieve the desired levels of lightening . Hyaluronic acid fillers and injections may be used to gently fill a deep sulcus thus making the skin appear lighter.please consult a plastic surgeon follow accordingly.
Spontaneous onset depression on the forehead could be a sign of rhombergs syndrome .It is basically soft tissue atrophy around the forehead and one half of the face. If the depression is small and isolated then nothing much to worry.lipofilling or soft tissue filling is all that you'll need .please get yourself evaluated by a plastic surgeon.
Kybella injections are given in areas such as chin and neck or isolated areas of the body with small excess of fat deposits . Liposuction of the abdomen can be done and kybella injected into the chin fat at the same time ,I don't see any problem with that .. you'll have to repeat the kybella sessions into the chin fat after a month for a few more months. I don't recommend kybella injections to the abdominal fat after liposuction .
