Hi, There is no need to worry to shave your bleached hair before your laser session. If possible you can go for laser session after 2 weeks instead of one week.
Dear Sir There is some asymmetry in your transplanted Moustache. Left side of Moustache seems denser than right side. You can try using 10 % topical Minoxidil twice daily to help you. Keep using this for 6 months or more to get good results.The other option is to repeat Moustache Hair transplantation and implant few grafts in the areas with decreased density and make the entire moustache more symmetrical. You may need 100 to 200 grafts to balance this which is not very high number so you can keep this option in mind as a last resort.if you don't want to do Surgery then you can trim your left side Mustache to balance in density with right side.
