I feel like my columella is too elongated after rhinoplasty - would removing or trimming my columella graft help? (photos)

I had a rrhinoplasty a while ago, so all the swelling has subsided. I had a deviated septum surgery, and a columella strut graft. What concerns me is that I feel my columella is far too elongated now. In my opinion, it stretches and elevates out my nostrils in a really unnatural way. I feel like it also makes my nasal base too narrow, and doesn't flatter my wide facial features. Would removing/trimming my columella graft help to relieve some of "tension" of my nose?

It is too early to really consider doing anything further on your nose. However, it does appear that the septum is deviated to the left anteriorly, which contributes to the difference in the nostrils. Often times, it takes more than some people think to get the end of the septum to stay in the...
What catches my eye is that the tip is strongly forward projecting. The tip stands out off of the line that the rest of the bridge makes. If the tip were to be brought back closer to your face, that would make the nose *look* longer, and it might be all you need, or most of all you need, from...
