Is it possible to have another surgery to add to the top part of the bridge that didn't get augmented?

It is always possible for a surgeon to add something to the top later to build it up if needed. However, depending on what you are talking about in particular, this could be something that is more easily addressed with filler vs. another surgery... alternatively, it is possible that the bottom part looks "full" bc it is more swollen and with time will shrink down to match the rest of the nose.

Hello and thank you for your question. I prefer to use diced cartilage wrapped in fascia for dorsal augmentation and this could be placed during a revision in this setting. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

It is difficult to fully assess this without photos. "fullness" in the area you have described is often referred to as a polybeak deformity and it can be due to a variety of factors, including inadequate tip support/position and excess tissue in the supra-tip area (scar vs grafted material). Revision surgery should not be considered for at least 1 year after primary rhinoplasty. I recommend patients see a surgeon who is well trained in rhinoplasty to be able to fully assess what needs to be addressed surgically and can ensure results you will be happy with.
