Is it possible to have another surgery to add to the top part of the bridge that didn't get augmented?

The surgeon didn't add enough or any rib cartilage graph at the top part of my nose so it looks like there is dent there now because the bottom part does have cartilage graft. So the bottom part looks "full" and the upper part of the nose bridge looks "low." Would it be possible for a revision surgeon to add a graft to the top part of the nose bridge?
