The surgeon didn't add enough or any rib cartilage graph at the top part of my nose so it looks like there is dent there now because the bottom part does have cartilage graft. So the bottom part looks "full" and the upper part of the nose bridge looks "low." Would it be possible for a revision surgeon to add a graft to the top part of the nose bridge?

Since rib cartilage is not a foreign body, once it is integrated into your own body, I believe the risk of infection is very slim. This is completely different from a foreign body implant like silicone or Gore-Tex. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
