What can be done to make the tip of my nose appear sharper? (photos)

What catches my eye is that the tip is strongly forward projecting. The tip stands out off of the line that the rest of the bridge makes. If the tip were to be brought back closer to your face, that would make the nose *look* longer, and it might be all you need, or most of all you need, from the profile standpoint. Any work on the tip often makes it come down a touch, and that would give you the length you're looking for. If there were lots of grafting making the tip wide, perhaps that can be adjusted or changed or removed.

Actually "de-rotating" a nose, lengthening it, is a much bigger operation, with bigger risks, and it often doesn't work well, and when it does work, it can make the nose look much bigger. I would think about seeing some good morphs that concentrate on changing the projection, to see whether that might be really what your nose needs.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a a Revision Rhinoplasty in order to derotate the tip of your nose. To perform this, all scar tissue must be released and extended spreader grafts can be placed to derotate the entire tip complex. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result.
