Hi all....i had lipo 360 in june.3 ltr of fat removed.... however im not happy at all about results. Went twice for reviews and this doct kept saying its just extra skin and my bons shape.... how this disaster can be fixed ? Tummy tuck or mini tt will help to look snatched ? Also i suffer from keloid scar conditions

A mini TT involves removal of a small amount of skin and fat below the belly button that addresses only the lower portion of the abdomen. No plication or muscle tightening is performed and belly button remains attached and unchanged. This procedure applies to very few patients and is appropriate only for patients who have loose skin at the inferior aspect, or bottom, of the abdomen. If patients have loose skin above the belly button or a muscle laxity, a short scar or full TT would be more appropriate. A physical exam would be necessary to determine what procedure is most appropriate for you to achieve the results you are seeking.

it depends on your skin laxity for which I would need to examine you. In general, liposuction does not help with skin laxity and a tummy tuck is the best option in this scenario. A mini tummy tuck can work great for laxity below the umbilicus but generally does not improve the area above the belly button.

From the photos submitted it appears the best procedure to address your concerns is a standard tummy tuck.  This will address excess skin and fat as well as correct any abdominal wall laxity.
