0.5mL of filler will make a subtle change to your lips.  After injection, it can take up to 2 weeks for swelling to subside and to see your final result.  If necessary, you can always add more filler.  Best Wishes,

This will make a subtle improvement, which will improve the symmetry of your lips. It will take 1-2 weeks for final results. Hope this helps.

Depending on what look your are hoping for half of a syringe will do very little for your lips.  You have nice full lips but one syringe is a minimum that I think you would be happy with.  You can always have a half of a syringe (0.5 cc) and assess the results and add more later if you would like fuller lips.  Please consult an expert in lip injections.  Best, Dr. Green

I think 0.55ml of lip filler will be sufficient but only if it is injected in the upper lip. 0.5ml would be insufficent for injected the upper and lower lip. Looking at your picture I think under the right practitioners hands you should get a beautiful result. 

Hello and thank you for your question. Personally, I find 0.5 ml insufficient to make an appreciable change. I use 1 ml of my favorite Juvederm Ultra XC. I find that this is a marvelous product for lips. That amount of filler will make a subtle change to your lips.  You can anticipate some swelling from the treatment that can take up to two weeks to resolve, so you will need to wait until after that time to see your final result.  Best wishes!

There is no question you should have very nice lip enhancement with 0.5ml of filler. Most of the time it is not how much filler is injected but where it is injected. The most important factor is to maintain a natural look! Good luck!
