Bothered by wideness. Would only an Alarplasty help?

Dear community, I have no problem with the typical asian flatness or tip of my nose. What does bother me is the wideness. I have considered an Alarplasty only. Is there anything that I should consider regarding this and would I be a good candidate? Thank you for reading!

You only need the Alarplasty. The nose looks good but the wide nostrils are distracting. 
You could possibly do aTip-plasty but it is not critical. Once you had the Alarplasty, you will know if this is all you need or may be a Tip-plasty down the road as well.

An Alar -plasty accomplishes narrowing wide nostrils with a small incision placed at the base of the nostrils and removing a wedge of skin in that location. This procedure can be done under local anesthesia as an outpatient procedure, which takes about 20 minutes. It's also important to make sure you don't have any natural obstruction symptoms prior to undergoing the procedure.
