I’ve had a rhinoplasty but the lower part of my nose is still wide. One doctor told me that only steroid injections can reduce the size of my nose but I’ve seen a doctor online perform surgery specifically for this problem. What options do I have to reduce the size of my ala.? There’s been so much contradiction on this topic and want to know what could actually be done.

You can certainly perform an Alar-plasty procedure under local anesthesia, which involves removal of 3 to 5 mm of skin at the base of the nostrils and sewing that together meticulously to reduce the size and width of the nostril base. General anesthesia is not required, and this procedure takes...
The photo shows an appropriate sized tip. It is not too big. However the nostrils are prominent. An alarplasty alone is enough. Also, down the road if you still feel the tip is bulbous then a delayed Tip-plasty can be done.
