Is Alarplasty enough to lower tip and make nostrils smaller? (photo)

The photo shows an appropriate sized tip. It is not too big. However the nostrils are prominent. An alarplasty alone is enough. Also, down the road if you still feel the tip is bulbous then a delayed Tip-plasty can be done. Regards Dr. J

Alarplasty alone can reduce the width and/or flare of the nostrils and ala. It does not change the size or shape of the nasal tip. Surgical rhinoplasty is the safest and most effective way to create permament changes to the size and shape of the nasal tip.
