Hello, I’m ready to make a change to my nose. I don’t dislike it, but I’d love it if it were a bit lower and my nostrils were a little less wide and flared. Would an Alarplasty be sufficient? The tip of my nose is a bit squishy and tends to dip down when I smile. Thanks!

The photo shows an appropriate sized tip. It is not too big. However the nostrils are prominent. An alarplasty alone is enough. Also, down the road if you still feel the tip is bulbous then a delayed Tip-plasty can be done.
