Non-invasive alarplasty candidate?

Im deathly afraid of anesthesia / not being in control of my breathing etc so No to a full rhino... furthermore Im happy with my ethnic nose, I'd just prefer reducing nostrils, for better facial balance. Do you think I'd get a nice result? Thanks so much!
