Should I get a tip plasty with alar plasty? (photo)

I am confident in my decision to get an alarplasty, but I’m concerned about my nose’s proportions potentially looking off or unnatural, even to the point of resembling an alien. Would a tip plasty help create a more balanced and cohesive result? I’m aiming for a natural look that enhances my nose while still feeling like me.
