BBL or Liposuction to round out my butt shape? (Photo)

I was considering a BBL to help with rounding out my butt shape. I wanted to know if I can achieve roundness with lipo 360 only. I want to have a natural look without having to worry about adding projection just roundness to the hip and waist for a more feminine curve instead of a box look. Is this achievable based on my concept ?

Thank you for your question about achieving a rounder buttock shape. A fat transfer could be a great solution if you're looking for a more natural curve to your hips and a rounder shape in the waist and hip area. Liposuction alone on your buttocks might not give you the hourglass shape you're looking for, so I recommend adding fat to the hip region. A Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) could be a suitable option if you're after a more pronounced buttock projection. Thank you for your question, and I wish you the best of luck in your journey.

I think it’s totally reasonable to consider just undergoing a lipo 360 to improve the shape of the buttocks. I think of it as improving the frame around the top of the buttocks. By bringing in the love handles and upper part of the hips, the buttocks stand out more and take on a more rounded shape. The most important thing is to have a surgeon who understands this desire and performs the liposuction correctly.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Based on your pictures, you may benefit from having a combination of liposuction to your middle/lower back combined with fat grafting to your lateral hips. "Lipo 360" would solely remove the fat. As you have noted, you have your desired buttock projection and by strategically placing the harvested fat to your lateral hips you may achieve the buttock shape you desire.

Excellent question. In your case you will have good results with or without a BBL. Your butt is slightly square. Lipo on the lower waist and/or upper outer corner of your butt will help make it rounder. 
But a BBL doesn’t have to be big. It Is easy to use a BBL to improve overall shape without increasing size. Adding a little bit of volume to specific areas only, like the laterals and hip dips will even out the sides and give you a better silhouette with a more feminine curve.
Conclusion: 360 Lipo with small BBL to improve shape only is you best option!

You could have some excess fat removed from your hips to give you a softer and less boxy shape. I don't think you need additional fullness to your buttocks just based on the photos submitted.

It looks like you would look great with just a liposuction 360.  You have a round butt and adequate projection, so I don't see the need for a BBL unless you desire a larger buttocks.
Better photos with the front of your belly and removing your shirt would aid in accurate assessments.

Based on your pictures, I think you can have a very good outcome from doing Liposuction alone. Your bottom doesn’t need more volume and a BBL. It is primarily a volume adding procedure. That said, the choice of provider is the single variable that’s going to determine if you have a quality outcome or not. The transition point or point at which liposuction starts is important to create an ideal feminine S-curve. Delivering consistent quality Liposuction results is more difficult than most people believe. The number of plastic surgeons to do these procedures well on a consistent basis, including the ability to make accurate assessment and Deliver predictabl results is relatively small.Most plastic surgeons think they’re better with Liposuction and then they actually are. Doing this procedure well on a consistent basis, requires years of experience with a total devotion to mastering the procedure.
To find the right provider, I suggest patients have multiple in person consultations. During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of previous patients who had similar body characteristics to your own. Bring pictures of your own body to each consultation to use as a reference. being shown a handful of preselected images, representing the best results of a providers career is insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results look like or how many of these procedures they’ve actually performed. And experience provider should have no difficulty showing you at least $.50 of before and after pictures of abdominal liposuction results. When it comes to treating the torso, I generally view the torso as a single anatomic unit and generally try to treat the entire torif I’m going to do Liposuction. The full torso includes upper abdomen, lower, abdomen, love handles, waist, full back, and under arms on the way to the side of the breast. By treating all aspects of the torso, patients are left with an even a thin fat, distribution without transition zones between treated and untreated areas anywhere on their torso.
There’s no correct number of consultations needed to find the best provider. The more consultations you have the better the chance of finding the best provider. I suggest patients start by having at least five in person, consultations and consider scheduling more, unless you feel very confident, you find one of the best providers. Look very carefully at the results when reviewing before, and after pictures. There should be no contour irregularities in any of the treated areas. Ask surgeons to point out exactly what areas were treated and what areas were not treated with Liposuction. Then looked very carefully at transition zones between treated and untreated areas. It is, for example, common to do abdomien 360 and not include the full back or under arm area. If areas are left untreated on the torso, those areas tend to stand out and look like someone had a partial procedure.
When in doubt, slow down and schedule more consultations. Personally, I don’t think you can properly fat plastic surgeons won’t get an accurate assessment through virtual consultation. I do not recommend people travel long distances for elective surgical procedures, unless absolutely necessary.
