I think it’s totally reasonable to consider just undergoing a lipo 360 to improve the shape of the buttocks. I think of it as improving the frame around the top of the buttocks. By bringing in the love handles and upper part of the hips, the buttocks stand out more and take on a more rounded shape. The most important thing is to have a surgeon who understands this desire and performs the liposuction correctly.
