hi i would be having facelift in a month dr told me i am free of doing any exercise after 3 months but i am wondering does jumping runing and hiit workouts would not damage my new facelift ?? i am scared to do all the work and after my face would drop fast pls advice me drs

Answer: Only avoid for 6-8 weeks For our full-facial rejuvenation (facelift, fat grafting, midface lift, necklift) patients we recommend avoiding high-impact and strenuous athletic activities such as running, jogging, and HIIT workouts for approximately 6-8 weeks. Once you have healed from your surgery there should be no problem resuming these activities and as long as you don’t lose a tremendous amount of weight it really shouldn’t significantly effect the quality and longevity of your facelift procedure.

Answer: Exercise after Face-Lift Thank-you for your question. I agree with your surgeon, after three months of a Face-lift , the tissues become quite stable and exercising should not have any deleterious effects on the effects of the procedure. All the best!
