Please help me to get my old face back I have long moon face now and no idea how to correct it

Hello; alomosr two months ago I had a neck lift, face lift,cand fat grafting. I no longer recognize myself. Swelling I understand but I wanted the chin implant to match the tiny amount of filller I had in my chin.n My natural chin is strong and jawline defined. I’m 37 and didn’t think I needed all these procurers. I only was bothered by some lines on my neck, that were not able to be fixed by ultherapy etc. I tried it all. So the neck lift I asked for. I did not have a double chin before

The photos show hypopigmented hypertrophic scars. This is usually associated with too much tension placed on the skin incisions, infection, or some other complication. Sometime a scar revision is possible, and sometimes the facelift has to be revised to address these issues.
