Buccal fat and jawline lipo could be an option. However in the second photo, your chin is lowered, in which case you would benefit from a genioplasty. This would add length to the chin (and projection if you need it) as well as elongating and tightening your jawline. You can have a genioplasty and buccal fat removal done at the same time. The entire procedure is done through your mouth so there are no external incisions (no outside scarring). A rhinoplasty could get you the refined tip you are looking for, but I typically do not recommend having a rhino done at the same time as a lip lift. In many cases, the rhinoplasty can change the appearance of the columella and upper lip. Especially if the main focus of the rhino is the tip, we don't want the lip lift adding pressure or pulling down the skin at the base of the nose. Lip lift results are very subtle, and depending on the rhinoplasty, you may not get the lift you are looking for. My advice would be to consider a genioplasty with buccal fat removal and a rhinoplasty. Start with those and see how you feel. You may be perfectly satisfied with just those results. Things to consider after may be jawline lipo. Our office provides simulated morph photos of expected outcomes and we are happy to schedule a virtual or in-person consult to
