Had a liplift over 1 yr ago. My nose moves sideways when I laugh or smile. At rest it's obvious one nostril is higher than the other. Why? Also changed the shape of nasal alar crest. Why? The columella subnasal tweeks sideways. Increased the size and shape of tip bulges. What can be done to correct the distortion? I will do Kenolog injection to soften the scar. Please explain why this happened and what you recommend. I had a facelift with the liplift left me with the nike swoosh.
