Would a lip lift help me achieve a slightly larger look? (photos)

Good morning, hope you are well! Based on the photos that you have provided, a well-designed and executed lip lift would give you a very nice result. It doesn't enlarge the lip itself, but it can increase the amount of vermilion 'pink' lip that shows and enhance the cupid's bow. It can also increase the amount of dental show which is a classically attractive appearance if not overdone. I disagree that lip filler with necessarily result in a 'duck pout'; but again, you should find a provider who is confident in their abilities. HA fillers are generally temporary which is good if you're seeking short term results, but you can also consider surgical lip augmentation which is a durable solution and provides very natural, symmetric, and smooth results. I often perform these procedures together (lip lift w/ augmentation), and I think that approach would suit you well.

A lip lift is a surgical procedure that shortens the distance between the upper lip and the base of the nose, resulting in a more defined upper lip and increased visibility of the vermilion (pink part) of the lips. A lip lift can also help address signs of aging, such as a thinning upper lip or the appearance of fine lines around the mouth. On the other hand, lip fillers involve injecting a hyaluronic acid-based gel into the lips to add volume. Fillers can help create a fuller, plumper appearance but most of the time, the shape changes required for patients’ lips cannot be provided by filler.

If your primary concern is to achieve a more defined (and also natural looking) upper lip, then a lip lift may be a more appropriate choice.
