Would a lip lift help me achieve a slightly larger look? (photos)

It doesn't enlarge the lip itself, but it can increase the amount of vermilion 'pink' lip that shows and enhance the cupid's bow. It can also increase the amount of dental show which is a classically attractive appearance if not overdone. I disagree that lip filler with necessarily result in a 'duck pout'; but again, you should find a provider who is confident in their abilities. HA fillers are generally temporary which is good if you're seeking short term results, but you can also consider surgical lip augmentation which is a durable solution and provides very natural, symmetric, and smooth results. I often perform these procedures together (lip lift w/ augmentation), and I think that approach would suit you well.

The distance between your nose and your lip is almost equal to the distance between your lower lip and your chin.
