Unhappy with the results of my chin fillers what can I do? Can I completely dissolve it with hyaluronidase? Are there any risks?

I appreciate your concern, but it is far too early to consider dissolving your filler. Keep in mind that you are very likely to have some swelling and inconsistencies with the filler for the first few days. You should see your results improve during this time. I recommend waiting at least two weeks after your treatment to determine whether you like the results. At that time, you can have the filler dissolved with hyaluronidase if you are still dissatisfied.

Since you just had your procedure, I would recommend giving it some time before you decide whether you like your results. Chin fillers can cause some swelling that can interfere with your final result and this side effect can last for a few days. I recommend waiting two weeks to see what your chin augmentation looks like at that time. If you are still unhappy, you should be able to have the filler dissolved as long as a hyaluronic acid filler was used.

The fillers can usually be
massaged into the final shape that you wish. If you are uncomfortable doing
this then please ask your treating Physician. If firm molding doesn’t work then
it can be removed with Hyaluronidase. This may take two injection sessions.

It is difficult to judge the final results of your chin filler so early after the injection.  Swelling can cause some distortion and the sensation of the newly injected filler can be strange.  
This all settles within a week or two.  Try to be patient and wait till then to see what your final results are.  If you are still unhappy, Juvederm can be easily dissolved with Hyaluronidase.

Swelling can be very irregular So the result you are seeing at  the moment is not the final result.  If however you are still unhappy , it is easy to dissolve and yes you will go back to your usual shape. Good luck 

There is swelling and distortion of the treatment site immediately after filler. I would wait 1-2 weeks before making any decisions. In the meantime, do not rub or massage your chin as it may displace the filler. Take front and side profile photos of yourself so you can really understand and explain to you doctor what you don't like. 
Hyaluronic acid based filler can easily be dissolved with hyaluronidase over 1-2 sessions. Your chin will go back to normal after the dissolving treatment. 

I'm sorry you are unhappy with your filler treatment.  I encourage you to wait two weeks for the final result of the filler.  However if you choose, you can proceed with having the product dissolved at any time.  It may take multiple sessions.  You should return to your appearance prior to treatment.

You should see your injector and ask them about hyaluronidase. It works to dissolve the filler and hopefully can get you back to your baseline. You may need several sessions in order to fully dissolve. The most common complaints are soreness at the area of injection, swelling and redness.

First, you JUST got the filler today? I would not dissolve it until about 2 weeks out. You have swelling in there and some of the unevenness is just from the product injected. Give it time to settle in before you decide you want to remove it. What you have right now is not what your final result will be.
