It would not be possible to do a reverse and mini at the same time. This would compromise the blood flow to the abdominal skin. You would be best served with a full abdominoplasty (to treat excess skin above and below the belly button) and finding a surgeon who will work with you to minimize scarring around the belly button and lower abdominal scar. Many patients do not follow up after 3 months or so (despite having an appointment) but try to find pictures that are taken after 6 months or a year. It takes a long time for scars to mature so make sure that you are evaluating scars after they are completely healed.

This is not a commonly done approach but it works in the right patient. Implants can be done at the same time. It is important to understand that the upper scar is hidden in the crease along the bottom of the breast but crosses the midline where it can be visible.

The reverse tummy tuck requires an incision that starts in one inframammary fold, crosses the sternum and goes to the opposite inframammary fold. This approach can be used to place the implants and also perform the tummy tuck of the upper portion only. The mini tummy tuck excises skin only below the umbilicus.
