Can i have a breast aug, tummy tuck, and arm lift in 1 surgery? Is it posible to have 3 procedures done at the same time? I would like an arm lift maybe mino, tummy tuck, and breast aug done. Is this advisable? Im 33. Pretty healthy. How long would my recovery be and how painful? How long would surgery time be an how long is too much? Thanks!"

Those procedures can likely be done in a safe amount of time without limiting mobility too much. This surgery would be about 6 hours, which is the upper limit of safe time for elective surgery. Recovery would be anywhere from 3-4 weeks. Pain would be very manageable with narcotics, muscle relaxants, and NSAIDS.

Safe cosmetic operation time is 6 hours. It may be possible to do all 3 procedures in 6 hours. However, for your arms, I would recommend liposuction first then an arm lift. For your breasts, I recommend a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed. A tummy tuck can be done. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.
