Any doctors have success without a lift & could TT scar be below my underwear line?

With your breast an implant can be placed but is going to look under the inframmary fold, not were it should be. Make sure you go on consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Thank you for your question and the photos. I think that you would be a great candidate for a breast implant. The nipple position might be a little low, but I don't think a lift at this point is essential. We don't have the Motiva implant yet in the US so I can't comment. I would avoid the large implant to avoid needing a lift. Implants make breasts bigger, not higher. If a large implant is chosen that doesn't fit your frame, you will be at higher risk of malposition and asymmetry. Regarding your tummy, I think that you scar can be kept low. Best of Luck!

determining whether you need simply a breast augmentation versus a breast lift can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just a breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often still using implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. Also, in case of tummy tuck, incision can be placed low so it is covered by underwear. To be sure a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon will help determine what the patient actually needs.

Thank you for sharing your history and pictures. Almost all plastic surgeons can achieve a lift for your breasts with a moderate to large breast implant. In general, the larger the breast implant size you select, the more of a lift you will achieve. There are several approaches for the insertion of the breast implant. My suggestion would be to place the incision either underneath the breast in the inframammary fold or around the nipple. Implant brands do not necessarily achieve better results than others. Almost all breast implants function similarly. While Motiva is a reputable breast implant company, there are several other companies that produce equally good breast implants.

As for your tummy tuck scar, it should ideally be concealed under the underwear you showcased in the pictures. Most plastic surgeons place the tummy tuck scar low on the abdomen. The tissue dissection is typically extended up to the belly button and further to the sternum. After this, the excess skin is pulled down and removed. The belly button is reconstructed, and the pubic region is elevated and reduced. Combining a tummy tuck or abdominoplasty with breast augmentation is common and often termed as a 'mommy makeover'.

Your nipples are located below your breast fold so a lift is recommended for you. This can be done at the same time as augmentation. For the scar, it would be a good idea if you ask your surgeon where the scar would be located, since their opinion may be different from other surgeons’. During your consultation, make sure to wear underwear so that they can let you know where the scar would be.

Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You seem to be a good candidate for breast implants without a lift. The placement of an incision for a tummy tuck vs reverse tummy tuck will depend on the location of skin laxity and without a proper exam, it’s hard to recommend one.

You seem to be a perfect candidate for the surgery you have in mind; breast lift with or without implants (implants will provide volume but also longer-lasting results) and a small TT. Augmentation without lift would require larger implants and, in time, would require lift. Your abdominoplasty incision can be placed very low, just above the mons pubis line using the floating belly button technique (leaving BB attached to the skin but released from the abdominal wall). In-person consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon familiar with these techniques is recommended.

the tummy tuck scar could be placed low. without a lift, you will just have larger and still sagging breasts. You need a lift. However, you could try minimally invasive skin tightening like ThermiTight or Renuvion to see if you can get some lift and tightening of the skin. It will not lift breast tissue.

From the photos provided you will have the best results from an augmentation with a lift and a standard tummy tuck. If you have implants alone you will have more volume but the nipple position will be mostly unchanged. You are an excellent candidate for the tummy tuck. An in person evaluation is needed to know for sure but it appears the incision could be kept low so that it is hidden under the bikini line.
