After 2 pregnancies (giant boys), breastfeeding and recently 25 lb weight loss my breasts look like deflated airbags. I told my husband I either gain the weight back or buy new boobies. So here I am. Any doctors that have had success without a lift? One doctor told me a large motiva ergonomics implant should give me volume and some perkiness. Also, based on photos could you tell if the tummy tuck scar could be below my underwear line? I'm afraid of it being higher up.
Answer: My Recommendation Dear Exciting75650, Thanks for sharing your pictures and concerns, afer evaluate your case I rrather say ypur tummy scar surely can be take to the underline wear. Answer: TT scar should be able to stay low Thank you for your question and the photos. I think that you would be a great candidate for a breast implant. The nipple position might be a little low, but I don't think a lift at this point is essential. We don't have the Motiva implant yet in the US so I can't comment. I would avoid the large implant to avoid needing a lift. Implants make breasts bigger, not higher. If a large implant is chosen that doesn't fit your frame, you will be at higher risk of malposition and asymmetry. Regarding your tummy, I think that you scar can be kept low. Best of Luck!

Answer: Breast Implants, Tummy Tuck "For breast rejuvenation without a lift, large implants may provide some lift depending on your skin's elasticity and the degree of sagging, but this approach might not address significant droopiness effectively. As for the tummy tuck scar, the goal is always to place it below the underwear line, though individual anatomy and the amount of excess skin play a role. A 'T' scar might be necessary if there's not enough skin to pull down (it will represent your old belly button). Discussing your concerns and goals with a board-certified plastic surgeon can provide clarity on realistic outcomes and scar placement. "

Answer: Mommy makeover Dear Exciting75650, determining whether you need simply a breast augmentation versus a breast lift can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just a breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often still using implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. Also, in case of tummy tuck, incision can be placed low so it is covered by underwear. To be sure a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon will help determine what the patient actually needs. Answer: Breast Augmentation and Tummy Tuck: Addressing Lifts and Scar Placement Thank you for your question regarding whether many doctors have had success without a breast lift and if your tummy tuck scar can be concealed below your underwear line. Thank you for sharing your history and pictures. Almost all plastic surgeons can achieve a lift for your breasts with a moderate to large breast implant. In general, the larger the breast implant size you select, the more of a lift you will achieve. There are several approaches for the insertion of the breast implant. My suggestion would be to place the incision either underneath the breast in the inframammary fold or around the nipple. Implant brands do not necessarily achieve better results than others. Almost all breast implants function similarly. While Motiva is a reputable breast implant company, there are several other companies that produce equally good breast implants. As for your tummy tuck scar, it should ideally be concealed under the underwear you showcased in the pictures. Most plastic surgeons place the tummy tuck scar low on the abdomen. The tissue dissection is typically extended up to the belly button and further to the sternum. After this, the excess skin is pulled down and removed. The belly button is reconstructed, and the pubic region is elevated and reduced. Combining a tummy tuck or abdominoplasty with breast augmentation is common and often termed as a 'mommy makeover'. I hope I've answered your questions regarding the success of breast enhancement without a traditional lift and the placement of the tummy tuck scar below the underwear line. Sincerely, Dr. Katzen

Answer: Lift recommended Your nipples are located below your breast fold so a lift is recommended for you. This can be done at the same time as augmentation. For the scar, it would be a good idea if you ask your surgeon where the scar would be located, since their opinion may be different from other surgeons’. During your consultation, make sure to wear underwear so that they can let you know where the scar would be.
