Based on your pictures, you could be a candidate for a Vaser Assisted Liposuction to help tighten the skin as well as liposuction and define the waist, etc… I would recommend the same thing for your arms.

That would be best to try that first in order to avoir the scars.

This comprehensive lift addresses the abdomen, hips, and buttocks in a single procedure. In my assessment, it would offer the most transformative results.

Moving to your arms, I believe an arm lift (brachioplasty) will be more beneficial than arm liposuction. This procedure can be harmoniously paired with a breast augmentation. The most common areas that are treated are the breasts, which may require a lift with or without an implant. The second most common areas is the abdomen. You appear to have loose skin with minimal fat. A tummy tuck would be the optimal procedure for you. This would remove excess skin and tighten your abdominal wall. These procedures can be combined into one surgery. Liposuction removes excess fat, with minimal skin tightening. An arm lift or brachioplasty may be an option for you but is difficult to evaluate your skin laxity from only of photo. Visit with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to find out what your options are.

Congratulations on your amazing accomplishment! Breast augmentation will help restore the lost volume. Can't tell if one side is really that much lower, or if just b/c your arm is out. I don't think you need a lift, but would need to see you in person. In my hands, I would do a standard tummy tuck and combine that with BodyTite and Morpheus along with SAFElipo for contouring. Same thing with the arms. I don't believe there is enough skin to warrant excision (brachioplasty). Liposuction alone will remove fat but it won't tighten the skin. The only other unknown is the amount of skin excess in the flank area. With that much weight loss, an extended or circumferential abdominoplasty might be suggested to address the posterior skin excess. Best of Luck!

Based on your photos, it doesn’t appear that you have enough saggy skin on your upper arms to warrant an arm lift, however an in person assessment would better determine this. A tummy tuck and additional lipo to enhance your results performed at the same time may be suitable for you. It is difficult to say where your nipples are located in relation to your breast fold. However, if they are located at or below your breast fold, then a lift may be recommended. The lift can be done at the same time as your breast augmentation.
