Answer: Tummy tuck or liposuction Really depends on if you will be be having kids in the future I suggest to do only liposuction so to eliminate stuborn fats. It will also help with the skin elasticity to be toned and firm.

Answer: Which procedures are best after 100lb weight loss Thank you for your question and photos. After 100 Lb weight loss you will have excess or loss skin in several areas of your body. The most common areas that are treated are the breasts, which may require a lift with or without an implant. The second most common areas is the abdomen. You appear to have loose skin with minimal fat. A tummy tuck would be the optimal procedure for you. This would remove excess skin and tighten your abdominal wall. These procedures can be combined into one surgery. Liposuction removes excess fat, with minimal skin tightening. An arm lift or brachioplasty may be an option for you but is difficult to evaluate your skin laxity from only of photo. Visit with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to find out what your options are.

Answer: Surgery Congratulations on your weight loss! You might do well with minimally invasive radiofrequency treatment for your arms. A tummy tuck might be your best choice, but an examination is needed. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing your concerns and your options.

Answer: Liposuction, Brazilian Butt Lift, Breast Augmentation with Tummy Tuck. "Congratulations on your significant weight loss! If you're looking to refine your body contours further, especially after such a major change, a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon would be the best next step. They can assess your skin elasticity and the locations of excess skin to provide a tailored surgical plan. You might be a candidate for lipo 360, arm lipo, with a Brazilian Butt Lift followed by a breast augmentation with tummy tuck. Though for optimal recommendations, you would need to do a virtual or in person consultation to confirm because is difficult to accurately asses skin laxity and excess fat based on the limited photos submitted on this platform. Good luck! "

Answer: Surgery after weight loss Congratulations on your amazing accomplishment! Breast augmentation will help restore the lost volume. Can't tell if one side is really that much lower, or if just b/c your arm is out. I don't think you need a lift, but would need to see you in person. In my hands, I would do a standard tummy tuck and combine that with BodyTite and Morpheus along with SAFElipo for contouring. Same thing with the arms. I don't believe there is enough skin to warrant excision (brachioplasty). Liposuction alone will remove fat but it won't tighten the skin. The only other unknown is the amount of skin excess in the flank area. With that much weight loss, an extended or circumferential abdominoplasty might be suggested to address the posterior skin excess. Best of Luck!
