It's been a nightmare. They haven't healed well. I have nerve damage where the bottom half of the breasts are just a numb pine and needles sensation anytime they're touched and my nipples are painfully overly sensitive. In addition to that just recently I've noticed they look completely deformed when I lay down. I could barely afford my BA surgery so I definitely can't afford a revision nor do I really want one. I WANT THEM OUT. what can I do.
Answer: Breast implant removal You can elect to have your implants removed at any time. You can have the implants removed alone, or elect to have the implants and capsules removed. I've included a video about the procedure. You can also visit my website for further information.

Answer: Removing Two Year Old Implants Typically, the breast implants can be removed under local anesthesia in your plastic surgeon's office. It is difficult to predict how your breasts will look after the implant removal. Though you are adverse to a breast lift now, keep an open mind as you want to obtain optimal aesthetic results without the pain you have experienced with the implants. Answer: I HATE my implants. I've had them for almost two years. Thank you for sharing your question and photograph and I am sorry that you have had so many issues with your implants. I can understand your desire to have your implants removed and this is a straightforward operation that can be done in your surgeon's office. That being said it appears that you would most benefit from implant removal, capsule removal, and a breast lift to maximize your breast appearance. Talk to an ASPS board certified plastic surgeon, they can offer you the best advice. Best wishes.

Answer: Implant Removal Removal of breast implants is always an option for a patient who isn't happy with her results. What that would entail (and cost) would depend on the type of implant (smooth implants are easier to remove than textured) and whether they're intact (yours are only 2 years old, so they're not likely to be ruptured, but a ruptured silicone implant is more difficult to remove than an intact implant or saline implant).Once your implants are out, you may notice loose skin and perhaps a different shape to the breast and chest wall than you had prior to your augmentation. It can be difficult to predict how well a woman's tissues will contract after this type of procedure. It's also important to understand that removal of your implants may not make any difference in your numbness, pins and needles sensations, and sensitivity of your nipples.
