I am a 29 years old, got textured implants in dec 2014. I have celiac and read about 2 women who got ALCL had implants and celiac and worried that maybe now celiac is related, and women with implans and celiac have a higher risk of ALCL, although this is not mentioned. maybe celiac is common so this is just a coincidence. Is it possible that celiac and breast implant associated ALCL are related ? I am worried sick, is it worth removing my implants ?

I would recommend removing the implants and waiting to see how the soft tissue retracts over 6-12 months. Yes, there is a good chance you won't need a lift in the future after removal of implants. I recommend an in-office examination as well as a detailed discussion with a surgeon...
Assuming that your implant hasn't ruptured and you're not experiencing a complication such as capsular contracture, your recovery really should not be bad. You will be sore but the fact that your implant is below the muscle will not prolong your recovery in any way. Best of luck.
