I had breast augmentations done 1.5 years ago but now I want to remove them. I was a big B, small c before I got my boobs done. My implants size is 375cc. can someone tell me if I need a lift? I Just want to remove them, no lift. I'm very scared that my skin will sag but I heard that the skin will bounce back to its original shake. I heard of the nipple is under the crease then it means u need a lift but mine is above. Please give me some hope.

Answer: Need lift? If you truly do not want a lift you can certainly have the implants removed and see how you heal. There are many factors that go into how much your skin will retract after implant removal. If after your breasts are fully healed you are unhappy with your look, you can always pursue a lift at that point.

Answer: Wanting to remove 375cc implants? Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. Based on your pictures alone you should be able to remove your implants and obtain a nice natural breast result. If once healed your tissues sag too much for your own desire, you can have a lift performed at that time. Hope this helps.

If after everything is all healed up, you end up not being happy with the results, you can always do the lift later. There is a possibility that you will be happy without it and will not need it.Best of luck!
