Is it normal to be able to see the outline of your breast implant? (photo)

Hello and thank you for your question. You have what is called a double bubble phenomenon.  This occurs when an implant is placed under the muscle which is not appropriately released from the overlying breast tissue. More common in constricted breast which you appear to have. There is no urgency in repairing this, although it will just about certainly need surgical correction.

You should send your surgeon these photos.  You look like you have a mild double bubble.  The constriction across the lower part of your breast is likely the edge of your pec muscle or the old inframammry fold.  This will likely require surgical treatment.  This is a relatively common issue and I suspect surgical treatment will take care of it. 

Your photo shows that the implant has moved below the inframammary crease and outside the limits of your pectoralis muscle on the side.  This will likely need a revision.  Please see your plastic surgeon.  I would send photos ahead and see if you can arrange treatment.
