Are my nipples normal? (photos)

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)
Yes, you are normal! Stop worrying and remember there is a very wide spectrum of what is normal and you are right in the middle. It is important to accept the way you are made and be healthy. Eat right, exercise and take good care of yourself.

I am wondering if there is a way to train your nipples so that when I'm done growing I can have big nipples without surgery?

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)
It sounds like you are perfectly normal for a growing breast. Let nature take it's course and you are likely to be happy in the end. Nipples do change over time and with pregnancy and breast feeding. be patient and when you are done growing if there are still issues see a board certified plastic surgeon for an opinion.

I'm not sure if I should get an augmentation or just a lift. (Photo)

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)
To achieve a more ideal breast shape I would recommend that you have a sub-muscular augmentation and a breast lift to reshape your breasts. The implant will help to fill out the upper breast and the lift will keep the nipple in the ideal position on the breast and shape the lower breast nicely. The skin scarring is worth it for the benefit of the improved breast shape. A breast lift alone would improve the breast shape but not likely to have lasting upper breast fullness. See a board certified plastic surgeon for a consult.

I need help to determine what is too big for my body! 5'0" 110lbs. 34A (Photo)

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)
I recommend using implants that fit your chest wall the best and deciding how you want your breast to be shaped. Almost any implant will make you look bigger, the right dimensions of the implant will make you look beautiful. Your "wish boobs" are full and round so it is likely that you will be happy with a high profile implant. I don't recommend going bigger so that you won't feel like you aren't big enough, after all you will be 400cc larger! The fit is the most important factor. Good luck.

1 week post-op Breast Augmentation and significant pain and swelling. Is this normal?

I agree, you are probably experiencing normal post op issues. Call you surgeon and go in to be seen. You should not be worrying and there may be ways to make you more comfortable.

Tubular breast - implants difference size -re op should the implant be same size if only a slight difference before??

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)
Tubular breasts with asymmetry can be challenging to achieve symmetrical results. There is likely to be some changes in the tubular breast over time as the breast accommodates the volume of the implant. You did not state how long you are post op or include a photo to assess how much asymmetry you have now so I cannot be specific in my recommendations. I would wait 6 to 12 months before any revisions to allow the tubular side to round out in the bottom . I would discuss your result with your surgeon and if you would like, see another board certified plastic surgeon for a second opinion. Good luck.

Recovery time after Mommy makeover?

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)
Yes, I think you are doing too much. If you had a tummy tuck and breast surgery, I would recommend a more gradual return to full activity. If you need to work then get someone else to do the chores for a while. Healing requires energy from your body so a short term change in activity will allow you to heal and get your strength back. I would say you should rest when you can exercise gently and you will get back to normal soon. Good luck and enjoy your results.

Is my left pocket too small, causing pain? It appears squished and oval-shaped, I believe this could be causing my pain. (photo)

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)
I am sorry to hear things are not going well for you. I think you need to go back an see your surgeon to discuss your post op issues. Pain associated with implant pocket revision is normal to some degree. The shape of the breasts should be more symmetrical and you can talk about that with your surgeon. You did not say how long post op you are but your surgeon may be expecting some relaxation of the pocket over time. See your surgeon soon or another board certified plastic surgeon for an opinion. Good Luck.

Follow-up: Not what I thought they'd be. Flat underneath and pointing down (Photo)

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)
Thanks for the question and photos. I think you should discuss your result with your surgeon. What you need to consider is the position of the fold of the breast relative to the edge of the ribs, the size of the breast and the relative skin excess in the upper breast. Options include releasing the capsule to lower the implant with or without a larger implant or a breast lift. Your result is good but I can see the issue and it can be revised. Good luck.

70 Year Old Who Wanted an Arm Lift

I found the best provider for my arm lift! Dr. Mouchantat was wonderful. He does all of his own taking of vitals ,etc. He doesn't have this expensive office , so you get personal attention from the doctor. The surgery was perfect too.

Breast Lift

Excellent surgeon and results

I am very pleased with the results from my small breast reduction and lift. Dr Mouchantat is very friendly and super professional. I woke up from the procedure with very little pain and recovery was super easy. I am part of a breast reduction group on Facebook and have seen many women with complications from this surgery so I am very thankful I chose Dr Mouchantat for my surgery. I am only 39 years old but hope he will still be in practice when it’s time for my mini facelift in 15+ years:) I highly recommend him and this was by far the best money I have ever spent on myself.

Losing Volume with Age - 270cc Mentor Smooth Moderate Plus Profile Xtra

So my boobs weren't terrible. I could look at them in the mirror and be okay with them (for my age). My issue was I couldn't find bras that fit! I had to have such a large cup to disguise how hollowed out the upper part of my breast was that they were just so uncomfortable. I work out pretty heavily but you can only build so much upper chest muscle without the rest of my breasts looking weird. I've been going back and forth on this for a really long time and decided that I'm just going to do it. I'm two days out and feeling really good right now. I took An anti-inflammatory and my antibiotic this morning and don't need pain pills. My breasts look amazing! I know they're going to change as a swelling goes down and things heal but the way they look right now I can tell that the outcome is going to be exactly what I wanted. Updated on 18 May 2018: So the healing process has been pretty good so far. I've had very little real pain, although I can definitely say recovery is not the most comfortable thing in the universe. It aches and itches more than hurts. I've been walking because being sedentary is driving me nuts, but my boobs don't seem to like that so I'm going to lay off. I'm still sleeping on my back, usually I sleep on the side but obviously I don't want to screw things up. I'm getting used to it finally. They're starting to soften up just a little bit and the swelling is definitely going down. I still don't have feeling in most of my breast but it's starting to come back. My nipples didn't work for the first two days it was kind of funny I would be freezing and my nipples wouldn't get hard! I know this is part of the healing process so I'm not worried about it at all. I'm still extremely happy with the results ?? Updated on 24 May 2018: So, ugh. When will these damned things stop aching! I mean, it's not bad, but still it's annoying. I heard that muscular women feel it worse, and no I'm not a bodybuilder, but I do have a strong chest (just ask my trainer :)) So the pain: gentle massaging works best, so I can tell it's muscle pain. When I walk or they jiggle too much it's like when your arm wakes up after being asleep, mixed with how sensitive your skin is when you have a fever, and kinda achy like that too, like when you severely pull a muscle. So mix all that together. Again, it's not terrible, I'm taking an Advil when it gets too annoying, but still. At least I only very rarely get a sharp pain, had a few of those the first day. I guess bright side is I'm getting feeling back? And they're softening up :D I looked at the incision, it's healing very nicely! Two spots, one under each breast, has a small scab. it's about 1/4 of an inch, both look great no redness or anything. Just a reminder that I'm still healing and to not rush things. I'll post photos in a little bit. Not much has changed, which is exactly what I want. I don't want any dropping! I do want softening, and I can see the inflammation going away. But time will tell. I'm totally happy with my results, I'm positive if I behave I'll heal just fine.

Out with the Old, in with the New...22 Years Later

I had implants put in 22 years ago and back then bigger was better. At 25 the thought never crossed my mind that with aging comes sagging. I was miserable with my size and the sagging that was occurring, I was hiding behind clothes because of it. I decided last year that it was time to make a change. Having implants for 22 years I felt I was lucky that they hadn't deflated prior to my decision to remove them, go smaller and get a lift.

46 YO, 3 kids, lots of sun burns as a child

Though I could only select one procedure, I have seen Dr. Mouchantat for several things. The newest being the laser. I have brown spots from years of sun exposure on my face. After the recommended amount of treatments, they are significantly lighter and make my face look more like the younger me. I have combined this with Botox (which I have been having Dr. Mouchantat do for a few years) and am extremely pleased with the outcome. I appreciate that he is very honest about expectations and aesthetic aspect I am trying to achieve. I prefer to have a more natural look (albeit minus a few years!) without looking over done and he does this very well. I highly recommend Dr. Mouchantat.
