I am a 42DD & I would like to get a breast lift, but the before & after pics don't look too hot. They look flattened & too close together. I've read that using breast tissue & repositioning it some kind of way could make them perky & round. Would losing weight help, does this really work, has anyone else had it done & could show the end result & how much would this cost, & how long is the recovery process?
